Of the Municipalities of pre-unification Sicily, on their complexities, geopolitical partiality, through valleys and ecclesial districts of the Sicilian - Norman age, Ramacca constitute an interesting case. It, between ancient and new dioceses, legal prerogatives and renewed political needs, is involved in the new Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, ecclesiastical structures. The article, in presenting some unpublished data on Ramacca and shows other process of searching, for an “open” Sicily.
