Nel giugno 2011 è stata messa a punto un’ulteriore revisione della "Carta di Noto" (Linee- guida per l’esame del minore in caso di abuso sessuale), originariamente proposte nel 1996 e già modificate nel 2002, allo scopo di rispondere alle novità normative e alla accresciuta conoscenza scientifica riguardo questo fenomeno. L’articolo presenta alcune considerazioni sulle fasi investigative, in particolare, sulla testimonianza del minorenne e sulle migliori pratiche per aumentare l’affidabilità del colloquio con il bambino. Viene ribadita la necessità di disporre di "esperti" con abilità specifiche e reali esperienze nel settore, e di una formazione adeguata per acquisire queste capacità.
In June, 2011 a further revised edition of the "Noto Chart", i.e. "Guidelines for the exam of the child for sexual abuse", originally devised in 1996 and already revised in 2002, was drawn up, to match the development of norms and the increased scientific knowledge about this issue. The article presents some considerations about the investigation steps, the child’s witness and the good practices to enhance the reliability of interview. The need of skilled and really experienced "experts", and the appropriate training to achieve these expertise, are underlined.
