The author analyses the opportunities offered by bodily mediation and bioenergetic counseling to women in menopause, in a helping relation. The analyses is carried out taking into consideration the modern cultural, economic and social situation of the western world, that undermines the physical and psycological integrity of women. Thanks to the bioenergetic support, the body can be considered as a sure leader in the listening of people needs and rhythms, to rediscover and recognize all the resources needed for adapting oneself to the new physical and psychological situation.
