Passione: al cuore del corpo adolescente

This paper intends to insert in the bioenergetical theory and practice the attention for the adolescent stage beside to the infancy and childhood stages in the development of personality, in agreement with the suggestions coming from the psychoanalitical field starting from Eighties. The author offers an approach based on the bioenergetical premises and suggests interesting developmental lines for our discipline as the definition of "adolescent body". The author makes connections with the actual debate about knowledge and with the "affective turn" in the neurosciences and proposes to go further the definition of the adolescence as recapitulation. The adolescence stage is characterized by the plot of the sexual development and the intellectual development. At the cross-roads of this plot there is the "passion", considered as a state both emotional and intellectual taking shape in the adolescent stage. From this point of view, intelligence and sexuality receive a new light and thinking is bioenergeticaly dealing as a form of self-expression, as an event involving all the body. The paper is rich of examples showing how is important exploring the adolescent experiences in the bioenergetical therapy with adults.
