The paper is focused on the allocation of competences between State and regions in the Italian legal system, referring to tourism. First of all, the essay analyzes the theory of law and constitutional jurisprudence. Furthermore, the Authors want to point out some critical topics about the relations between the institutions (mainly State and regions) that govern tourism, especially considering the re-introduction of the concerned Minister and looking into his actions and measures. At last the Authors try to propose some solutions to found problems.
