This paper, presented in April 2014 at the 27th EPF Conference in Torino on "Ruptures", explores the role of the "conditions of the fantasy (fantasme)" as the ground of controversies, if not of ruptures, since Freud and after him between the different psychoanalytical currents according to the role attributed to infantile sexuality. Based on a patients’ fantasies about rupture, the author returns to the question of the origins and the metapsychological status of psychic organization. In regards to autoerotism and separation from the object that conditions it, the author further wonders about the satisfaction of the fantasy thus re-opening the past debate between jean laplanche and Daniel Widlocher on "Infantile sexuality and attachment".
