The paper try to focus on three main features of the volume: the cultural operation behind it, a collective and net-framed one; the historiographic approach, combining political and spatial point of views (and the latter is developed in a glocal way); and new results about Italian neutralism, which articulate it in time and space and question the traditional idea of an interventionistic victory on the roads.
