Primary Care Management has been a pivotal issue in the national and international debate in the last years. GP National contract has been focused on the introduction of managerial, organizational and clinical tools since early 2000. The paper is aimed at analysing the first implications of the pandemic and the lessons learnt. This not just as a milestone for other issues in the future but to manage the needs of elderly people, mainly chronic patients.
