Although the paradigm of inclusion is now widely spread internationally and in our country, on the concrete ground of the practice, disabled people (and their families) continue to collide with difficulties and obstacles that prevent a healthy construction of their Identity. Through a reinterpretation of the adventure of subjectivation in situations of disability, the author identifies a series of communicative and operational obstacles deriving from the difficult confrontation with "diversity". A global, psychodynamic and group approach is proposed as more consistent with the inclusive perspective, to be understood as a process that takes into account the diversity of each one to encourage participation and learning, but also to reduce exclusion and marginalization.
