The article explores the modalities of treatment and prevention especially in situations of intrafamily abuse and neglect and their long-term consequences on the psyche of a child/ a. The plus and minus of trauma, respectively abuse and protection, dig the psychophysical structure of a child and cause consequences in the body and mind that if not processed can lead to “psichyc death”.
