Argomenti aims to provide a forum for debate in support of the innovations of small companies and local systems, which are the key to Italian and European development. Through the publication of empirical analysis and theoretical formulations - formulations that are not shrouded in abstract terms nor aimed at a specialist audience, but focused on real problems faced by territorial governments and on the conditions necessary for their development - the journal hopes to provide tools for the actualisation of projects and territorial interventions. The intent is to make inter-disciplinary analysis the hallmark of the new series of Argomenti by using and comparing different approaches and reporting research experiences from different fields and based on different methodologies. As such, the magazine is largely targeted at economic participants (business people and work forces), researchers, and policy-makers working at various levels. Thanks also to the subjects covered and its accessible nature, it also serves as a useful research tool for students and researchers keen to take an in-depth look at the problems relating to territorial economic development.
