Bi-monthly promoted by magistraturademocratica. Founded by Giuseppe BorrèFor years, the complexity of the 'planet justice' and its need for profound revision have been widely known, almost taken for granted. But when instead of simply describing the issues one seeks to identify the causes and suggest solutions, this communal feeling becomes a widespread sense of impotence, leading even to bitter clashes. The desire to react against this situation of substantial immobility lies at the heart of the Questione giustizia project which took off in 1982. An initiative of Magistratura Democratica to take up and revise the experience gained in the 1970s with Qualegiustizia, it has already attracted further contributors to the initial group of magistrates. A particular feature of the journal is its perception of a close link between praxis and the prospect of change (positive law and legal policy can not be referred to separate fields of analysis). Hence the co-presence of different thematic fields with sections dedicated to laws and institutions, procedure and orientation, judges and society, institutional news, international observatory.
