Title: Gruppi di reti di franchising e indicatori economici caratteristici
Abstract: Gruppi di reti di franchising e indicatori economici caratteristici - The research presents a cluster analysis of networks of franchising with data taken from the business register of the main Italian association in the sector. The basic processed information is the count of networks, national outlets, outlets abroad, employees and the level in revenues earned in various economic sectors where the franchising is active. The previous variables, after an examination by Explorative Data Analysis, were used for the construction of some characteristic ratios relating to aspects of dimensions, efficiency and strategy of the franchisors and franchisees. The ratios, after a screening for detection of uni-multivariate outliers, became the new variables for the cluster analysis, iterated with a different methodology in order to guarantee the stability of the results. The analysis revealed four types of networks, with specific patterns of connection that, in general but a few cases, are due to a good degree of symmetry and balance between the dynamics of franchisors and franchisees.

Title: L?investimento nell?affiliazione commerciale: strumenti di ausilio alle scelte dell?investitore
Abstract: L?investimento nell?affiliazione commerciale: strumenti di ausilio alle scelte dell?investitore - Entrepreneur?s autonomy is expressed, primarily , in the choice of the resources to be used in the production process. Signing a franchising contract implies choosing a cooperative strategy, as alternative to a competitive strategy. This article explores differences between a traditional and a franchised investment through the instrument of the operational leverage These differences highlight when, in the economic system, companies - both franchisors and franchisees- find convenience in running a franchised company as opposed to a competitive strategy. Constant verification of the conditions to which is associated the surplus of a cooperative strategy is the main reason that explains the entrance and - subsequently - the remaining in cooperative contracts

Title: La codificazione del diritto dei consumatori. Aspetti di diritto comparato
Abstract: La codificazione del diritto dei consumatori. Aspetti di diritto comparato - The constitutional dimension of consumer rights obtained definitive consecration with the approval of the Nice Charter in December 2000, made autonomous from the Constitution, in the form of the European Charter of Fundamental Rights and used not only as a political document, but also as a legal document, and with the approval of the European Constitution in October 2004, the latter subject to the ratification of all Member Countries. Among the aims of the Union, the European Charter of Fundamental Rights sets human dignity as the basic value (art.I-2) and states that the sustainable development of Europe is based on "balanced economic growth and price stability, a highly competitive social market economy, aiming at full employment and social progress"(art.I-3). The Charter recognizes and guarantees the right of individuals to physical and mental integrity (art.II-63), reaffirmed in the form of health protection (art.II-95), respect for family life (art.II-67) and protection of personal data (art.II-68) and specifically provides "a high level of protection" for consumers (art.II-98). Consequentially, a distinction should be made between consumer claims which adhere to fundamental rights, recognized in the constitutions of the member countries, and emphasised in the European Charter, and the so-called "economic rights", which are placed on the same level of those rights referring to the "professional". The elevation of individual rights - as a "consumer" - to European constitutional level has a dual value: it binds the Community institutions and the Member States, but it also binds national courts. In this way, the Drittwirkung of the recognized and guaranteed principles may take place directly - and not only as a consequence - in the relations between individuals.

Title: L?alternativa ai pacchetti tutto compreso nei paesi arabi: a favore di un "ricco outgoing"?
Abstract: L?alternativa ai pacchetti tutto compreso nei paesi arabi: a favore di un "ricco outgoing"? - This paper has the objective to analyse responsible tourism in destinations where anthropological and enterprise culture is very different from European one. These differences don?t influence base common principles such as the spreading of alternative/ responsible tourism instead of mass tourism. The empirical research opened our mind to understand several experiences, Italian and international ones, that we find very interesting, because they involve countries where poverty and emigration are very strong. We analysed some cases that take part of Civil Economy network. They are involving for profit entities, not for profit and ong ones. Finally we consider some factors of Fair Trade important key factors to activate entities solidarity actions.

Abstract: Il ruolo delle relazioni territoriali per la competitivit? delle imprese familiari. Il caso dell?hotel "Su Gologone" - This paper proposes to examine the analyses of the determinants involved in the success of family run businesses. Among the numerous factors which influence the development of such businesses, attention is drawn to the specific importance of the synergy which these businesses create within their area of operation to their survival and success.
This paper analyses the relationships between family business and networking processes with a case study of visitor attractions in rural Sussex in England. Following a review of key literature on relevant aspects of entrepreneurial and tourism research related to networking activity, a focused study was undertaken to address formal and informal relationships. The results of cross comparison reveal that the presence of common goals between the network members is important in any long-term adherence to a network. The empirical evidence indicates that family businesses adopt a different networking strategy in relation to expected entrepreneurial problem-solving processes. A model is proposed in which networking process is explained in relation with information dissemination and knowledge diffusion, destination governance, and innovation process.

Title: La comunicazione come fattore strategico nell?azienda familiare
Abstract: La comunicazione come fattore strategico nell?azienda familiare - The succession process, is one of the main themes of Family Business. The literature widely analysed this topic through the identification of the factors that characterized successful intergenerational transfers. This research, on the contrary, wants to go further the common rationalization of assets, governance and the successor?s experiences and knowledge, analysing elements usually considered of minor importance but that, in our opinion can make the difference becoming strategic elements. In particularly, will be deepened the role of communication in the passage of the business to the next generation. Beginning with the examination of the literature, this essay aims to give a theoretical framework to better understand the results of an empirical study - on a representative sample of Italian family firms - which main aim was to study the organizational and managerial implications caused by the presence two generations of entrepreneurs and the role of communication in business decision processes.
