Abstract: Stable military women participation started the last century, but very few it is known about this and the changes occurred inside and outside the institution. The gender mainstreaming perspective introduced in 2000 by the Un 1325 resolution brought to a so called "new gender regime" within the Armed forces. Actually by considering the content and the effect of these policies what emerges is a number of incongruities. Sexual division of labour is still rooted in all armed forces where women serve. Also they still represent a permanent niche in the military. Numbers of participation and policies are analised showing the contradiction of their effect, being far from promoting gender equality. Military is a central institution, moreover in the permanent war era, but the attention of the research on the deep change of military women is still scarce, especially in Italy. Anyway women continue to serve the military at home and abroad in the international operation, but they still appear mostly invisible to the institution and to society. Domesticity has for a long time been analysed as a female arena. Things changed when the focus - thanks to gender history - was directed to both women and men, to femininity and masculinity as cultural and social constructions. Some historians then went ?back? to his-story from a new perspective, looking at the history of men not as unmarked but as a particular one, and one that must also be dissected into its several components, avoiding the inclusion of all men into an undifferenciated category of patriarchy. This has led to studying men in the different arenas where they were acting, including the domestic. The study starts with the idea that socio-economic inequalities, deriving from the long-time austerity period, are linked to individual perceptions of social inequality. The hypothesis is that these feelings have increased during the last two decades, but in a different way between genders as a consequence of the effects of the welfare reduction on the opportunities and resources of women and men. The analysis includes a group of European countries with different welfare systems: Swedish for the socialdemocratic model, United Kingdom for the liberal one, Germany for the conservative model and Italy for the familistic model. The analysis has been conducted using a longitudinal perspective on the "social inequality surveys" of the International Social Survey program carried out in 1992 and 2009. Il genere del bullismo digitale Abstract: This article is the result of an exploratory research carried out in 2014-2015 in the region Marche on an issue that is causing public alarm, despite his knowledge is still approximate and may not be confined to criminal or psychological matters. The cyberbullying is closely connected to the processes of children?s identity construction, of the relation to the peer group and of the definition of autonomy trough which they can free themselves from the control of adults. It is an issue that can be read even from a gender perspective because if the victims are mostly girls, the peculiar procedures enable girls to behave as bullies. Furthermore many of the cyberbullying acts have to do with the body representation and the models of masculinity and femininity that define the imaginary of teenagers. The aim is going beyond the focus on the digital tools and their possible emotional damage for looking at the contents that reproduce sexism and oppression which is not often recognized as problematic. Gli adolescenti tra famiglia, lavoro e pari opportunit? Abstract: The study investigates the gender stereotypes about the choices between family and career, among a group of teenagers in the province of Pesaro Urbino, Marche Region, Italy. Therefore the gender constructions and the relationship between women and men are analysed in the framework of data concerning the decline of female employment in the area as well as previous work highlighting the dominant gender asymmetric role distribution. The teenagers? opinions bring to light deep gender stereotypes among the majority of interviewees. At the same time only a minority puts in discussion the hegemonic masculinity and the social disadvantage of women. Since gender role reproduction is the result of interaction between each individual agency and the framework of his/her action, the structure, to reshape the relationship between masculinity and femininity would require an institutional and specific policy long term cultural investment in order to arise consciousness around gender inequality and its impact on opportunities. So, the school would play a crucial role as education and socialization privileged context. The loss of phisical borders of the cities opens the way to modern ?sprawltowns?: communities have lost cohesion and modern metropolis are places of loneliness and not of aggregation. The aim of this work is understanding how the link between space and society works, to suggest methods for the construction of cities that could be again on a human scale.
