Nowadays, two factors become crucial in the fight against the pandemic and its negative consequences: the state?s ability to withstand stress in the economy and society; and civil support and approval of the governments? anti-crisis actions. This study aims to recognize the difference in stress response in different countries of the world. As a criterion for such a response, we consider the level of trust to governments in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Fragile States Index was used as a measure of the state fragility, and the indices of trust were used as indicators of the people?s reaction. The study showed that there is no correlation between 1) the trust in the government and the fragility of the state; 2) the support for government actions during the pandemic and the trust to the government before the pandemic. The clustering of countries by the set of indices of trust and fragility showed that the clusters? means support both the assumptions of a direct and an inverse relationship between trust and state resistance to stress. In response to quarantine measures, we see multidirectional trends in both stable and fragile states: trust can grow, fall, or remain unchanged. However, in stronger states, the tendency to an increase in trust is stronger, while in weaker states - to its fall, which confirms the thesis that in crisis the weak weakens and the strong strengthens. The results of the analyses provide arguments in favor of the following. The stability of the state does not guarantee the high trust of citizens and support for its actions during a crisis, and high trust is not a stable factor of high support for government actions. At the same time, it can be expected that the positive reaction of citizens to government measures (increased trust) will be more significant than disappointment (loss of trust). And in order to change the state and people in this state, first of all, changes in the consciousness of citizens of the state are necessary. Only by changing people?s minds can we advocate for their conscious and quality life in society. Every citizen should have the choice of voluntary participation and choice in state and public life. And for the growth of consciousness, the spiritual prosperity of people is necessary. In this article, the author considers ideas about spirituality as a necessary essence of patriotic self-awareness. Spirituality is based on the understanding of the spiritual as the fundamental value of the individual and society. Patriotism determines the conscious activity of a person in society. It must be accessible in understanding and, moreover, accessible to sensory perception. It should arouse a person?s pride, involvement in something big, involvement in a common cause. In modern Kazakhstani society there is no exact clearly expressed position on patriotic consciousness. The importance of adopting the correct essence of citizen patriotism will create the basis for the unity of the people, independence, and will contribute to the sustainable development and security of the country, will impede the development of nationalism, extremism, indifference, and irresponsibility of the population. It is concluded that only serious work on understanding spirituality as a sense of participation in universal duty is able to mobilize Kazakhstani society to overcome the crisis of patriotic self-awareness. A clearly articulated and justified ideology based on a new national idea is needed. Since it should be clearly defined what unites the members of society to find consensus in society, to develop a real mechanism for improving the social condition of the country. Patriotic consciousness, being the most important spiritual asset of a person, characterizes the highest level of its sustainable development. This stage of globalization development reveals the need to make the above processes not spontaneous, but controlled, which can be implemented, inter alia, through a qualitative transformation of tools and technologies used to monitor and predict the development of individual territories. The article presents a methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the investment attractiveness of a region using methods of integrated statistical assessment, including methods of descriptive analysis, and using the method of factor analysis. This method allows monitoring the level of development of information and communication technologies in the region as a whole, as well as in the context of individual types of economic activity in order to determine the main points of bifurcation for the concentration of financial resources in the development of ICT and increase the investment potential of the region as a whole. Abstract: The present work aims to investigate the world of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), exploring in depth the implications related to the sustainability of the listing process in the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) Italia market in order to assess, adopting a critical approach, whether the path of listing could be the ideal choice to support a significant growth of these realities. An empirical survey is therefore presented in order to evaluate the sustainability of the listing process from both an economic- financial and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) point of view. The conclusions reached highlight how the listing process hides pitfalls in terms of economic and financial performance; while the commitment to ESG factors seems rewarding both in terms of share price trends and debt cost. The changes that have taken place in family relations, economy, and politics challenge the gender regime in Kazakhstan. The article argues that social, political, and economic changes were not accompanied by the development of new gender models at the national level. New gender problems arise, including the trajectory of the distribution of the status of women in the family from the perspective of Islam. The article discusses the existing public and political demand for women?s empowerment, which determines the relevance of improving the quality of a number of laws in relation to gender equality in accessing social security measures and facilitating unpaid care work. The first step was to study the construction and guarantees of the implementation of the principle of gender equality in the Constitution of Kazakhstan. At the second stage, international standards for the equality of men and women were summarized from the point of view of implementation in national legislation. At the last stage, recommendations and suggestions aimed at eliminating the discriminatory standards of social protection from the legislation are summarized and formulated. This will allow to underscore the multi-sectorial aspects of the right to food, including the environmental foodprint. It, on the other hand, explains the function of the judiciary, which will lead to the broader notion of both the adequate food and the food system while sharpening their sustainability. For these same reasons, today?s food system may offer a valuable space for learning to eliminate, or at least reduce, the unreasonable discriminations and unsustainable social injustice. Without energy, life on this Earth will stop, and the drivers of all ecological life cycles will not be able to continue function. Energy is an essential factor that makes the working process of human survivability possible. According to World Population Clock, the current status of human population growth is in an alarming situation (i.e., 7.81 billion people and continues to increase) [World Population Clock 2020 Accessed September 20, 2020][ World Population Clock, 2020). Therefore, the ecological human imprint will impact all Earth?s natural resources, in the forms of more consumptions and demands that will have impacts on the global social and economic issues globally. Sustainability will be accomplished if we live within the concept of Nature, controlling our human population growth to reduce the impacts on natural resources? demands. In this respect, sustainability will not be achieved by economic growth alone; instead, the biosphere natural resources must replenish it and allow the natural resources to regenerate itself to support the growing human population. The present paper will assess the agroecosystem energy continuing ongoing demands and availability concerning human population growth by modeling different scenarios. According to our model, the human population growth will reach 10 billion people or more by the year 2050 at the current trend, and we may be faced with shortening the availability of energy. It is important to stress that the energy should be replenished through non-tradition energy supply, and we have to concentrate on renewable energy, which we can develop to the extent of harvesting this energy in efficient ways. An example of the needs of energy in the agroecosystem is to calculate how much enough the Earth has to support the human beings. In this regard, if each human being is in need of 2000 calories/per day on average, this means that globally the Earth has to produce more than 5694 trillion calories per year. The question is whether the Earth can create these calories to support 7.81 billion people, and we need more calories when the human population grows to be more than 7.81 bil lion people. Therefore, engineering of the Earth agroecosystem should be significant, and we have to think about how we accomplish it. Additionally, we need to sustain our environment by conserving our water resources and keeping our global climate environmentally in the best condition to maintain international economic and social standards. Further, in this paper, we will discuss the impacts of changing different parameters that affect global agroecosystem energy. Many environmental problems are transnational, or even global, and, consequently, beyond the control of any single nation, also because of the increasingly impressive commercial activities, particularly in big companies. Even the recent COVID-19 pandemic has clearly shown the strong link between human productive activities and the well-being of the planet. To understand why and where business activities enter into the debate on sustainable development, it is important to see what are the root causes of environmental degradation, linked to human and industrial performances. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to understand implications that the increasing trading development has on the global environment and what are the signs that must be followed, so that the actions of companies may be more sustainable in a global perspective in the next future.
