Oltre l’istituto: i criteri di qualità dei centri residenziali socio-educativi per minori (by Sarah Miragoli, Vera Acquistapace) - ABSTRCT: This article aims to define the quality requirements which residential centres must perform in order to adeguately manage taking charge of juvenile victims of maltreatment and abuse. According to national regolatory norms and the process of gradual closure of institutions, service’s objectives and instruments are defined in order to meet the special needs of users (children in crisis situations, whose mental and physical wellbeing is compromised by traumatic experiences and temporarily separated from family upon intervention of juridicial authorities) and to implement the effective intervention of protection end recovery of situations of child abuse.
