The following discussion aims, as a first hand, to theoretically validate and to argue the concept of New Entropy of Organizations. The rest of the article will show how operators unprepared to the advent of modernity as a new reference of thought, of connected individual values (autonomy and competence), may register in this reference system. Income of businesses could be further secured by new Governances that have created new forms of management, sources of stress, but effective for production. The human cost of their use is amazing. This is what we show in this article.
