The crisis presents a double face: social and economical devastation, but also new "emancipated" potentialities. The unscrupulous economy of competition is now changing in a new model of economy of collaboration. Apprenticeships are now developing in this direction as a "brave operation" for a pact of social reciprocity between business and apprentice. This is intended in the sense of the new changes imposed by a globalized society: a global-citizen who is living in a time of delusion, weakness, and loneliness, from a global and not reassuring Gesellschaft only superficially unifying, in search of a "community" as a Gemeinschaft, globally more human and guaranteeing reciprocal recognition. In the same way we are assisting to the transition from Training to Learning with the aim of "building together" a common experience. The value of learning "in situation" suggests new forms, new sequences of time, and new methodologies that are different from traditional classroom lessons, encouraging new experiences, reflexivity, and active subjectivity. Experience enriched through reflexive practice (Erfahrung) and reflexivity that expresses itself in different ways: in action (reflecting in the time of the event), on action (after the event), for action (for a fixed aim and a precise goal), with action (thanks to the awareness for future actions). This way we can learn at work - and through work - practice, having the possibility to pass from the studied job to the performed job. This is the result of an agreement, of an intelligent partnership between enterprise and apprentice thanks to the guide of a tutor acting as facilitator, coach, assessor, able to use some good tools, and coherent behavior for human development and growth of two allies: the apprentice and the business
