How the clinical trainer works. Through a clinic approach the trainer acknowledges the presence of unconscious processes emerging in the relationship and communication in the classroom between participants and trainer and is therefore able to grasp the impact on himself and also on the group and on the individual and group learning process using and, as far as possible, steering them, in order to enhance that process, while remaining constantly aware of the differences between training and analysis. The contribution presented here examines some of the key structural (related to the "container") and methodological factors considered and used by psycho-socioanalysts.
