The paper is aimed at illustrating theory and technique of psychodynamic counselling with young adults in an institutional setting. The main purpose is helping them to overcome the developmental crises. Specifically, the author refers to the Tavistock Clinic councelling model. Through some cases, the author discusses how projective identification, transference, countertransference, and institutional setting may represent useful clinic tools. He describes a possible way of treating symptoms and using dreams.
