The Workplace Learning Potential is the main formative factor by which organizations determine the possibility of growth of persons who live in them and operate in connected networks (suppliers, etc.). The Workplace Learning Potential is produced within the processes of knowledge creation generated by production and because of the ways in which these are managed. Its control is the basis for the design of the daily activities of an organization considered in their formative dimension
