The paper comes from the need to understand the shift from an institutional setting psychotherapy to a private one, in a psychotic patient study case. Bleger (1967) and Alvarez (2012) contributions are cited: they offer a solid theoretical background in which develop the experience of clinical practice.
Keywords: Modified setting, psychosis, revive, being human, introjection, psychoanalytical psychotherapy.
