The author exposes a job that starts from the experiences of epistemology systemic application in macro-contexts, and especially in a vocational training school where adolescents fulfill the compulsory education requirement. It is first described the context of reference, characterized by a widespread unease at the social, familiar and personal level. On the other hand, however, the practical training experiences can through a careful psychological work and involvement of network operators to give children the opportunity to redeem themselves from their social and psychological condition and change their world view.
