In this article, the profiles of deprived people and their residential distribution in a mid-sized Italian town are studied, using non-conventional information coming from a charitable organization. The results show that the deprived people cluster according to their ethnic group and their specific needs. The distribution of the Asians is more compact than the one of the other ethnic groups.
