The Siblings Sub-System is considered a very important resource for fa-mily therapy. The Authors propose a relatively new kind of intervention focused on this Sub-System. After an overview of the literature on this subject, and particularly on Siblings in the "Normal Family", the Authors propose two models of intervention for "High Access Siblings" and "Low Access Siblings". Both are based on the building of a "Mind of the Siblings", which is described. Results, limits and counterindications are discussed.
