The narrative dimension between Hercules and Narcissus. This contribution takes up some reflections on the relationship between narration and organizational training, bringing into dialogue the perspective of Work and Organizations Psychology with some solicitations com-ing from Pagliarani’s thought, with particular reference to the themes connected to the mythological figures of Hercules and Narcissus. The need to position oneself in contexts characterized by complexity, turbulence and rapid evolution, solicits the resumption of a nar-ration of the one’s own personal, working and professional trajectory. Through fragments of narrative discourse the article intends to underline the transformative power of the narrative dimension in organizational contexts, functional to activate processes of growth and trans-formation.
