The essay starts from the consideration that tourism has been heavily hit by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) and analyses the legal context in which measures were introduced to deal with the consequent economic crisis. Distinguishes between measures for recovery and support from the tourism sector and structural measures that will shape tomorrow’s tourism.
