Focusing on the notion of "tourist rental", the analysis of legislative provisions issued during the emergency gives the opportunity of examining the effects that the pandemic, by paralyzing tourist activity, caused on rental agreements related to tourism. The analysis is carried out from a dual perspective: the fate of rental agreements entered into by the tourist, for which termination due to supervened impossibility is explicit; the consequences related to rentals entered into in light of the following tourist rental, for which different remedies can be adopted, aimed at regulating the supervened imbalance of the performance.
