The contribution explores the problems of contracts relating to events, exhibition an shows in the emergency situation caused by COVID-19. Two types of contracts have been identified in advance, the first (sub A) of the contracts stipulated for the organization of events, the second (sub B) to contracts entered into by users. The codicistic discipline was then examined, highlighting the rigidity and the lack of attention to options aimed at maintaining the contract, and the new rules of the emergency legislation, in order to reconstruct the reference regulatory framework, with specific attention to the remedies available.
