Una delle principali sfide attuali in ambito sanitario riguarda la gestione integrata delle patologie croniche. In questo contesto, le aziende sanitarie devono bilanciare la gestione efficace della cronicita, da un lato, con il contenimento dei costi legato alle politiche di austerity, dall’altro. Date le diverse formule presenti per poter progettare percorsi di cura integrati per la gestione delle patologie croniche, questo studio ha l’obiettivo di analizzare la letteratura precedente sul tema e identificare spunti per ricerca futura.;
