For some years now, Coach has fully entered organizations. Due to the complexity we actually are facing also this professional role needs to cover a more strategic perspective in terms of being able to read the assumptions, the causal connections between effectiveness, but also excellence, and mentality that makes them possible. Therefore, the goal is to shift the axis of the coaching action from behaviors to the individuals’ mindset.
