In our legal system, the limitations to legal capacity can affect constitutionally recognized rights, such as private economic initiative, without respecting its limits. One of the institutions that risks seriously damaging the economic operator, despite being presented as an instrument to fight organized crime, is the anti-mafia interdict, also considering the pretoria discipline that has expanded the borders.
