Learning and unconscious: the construct of competence. The contribution, to reinforce the hypothesis of a systematic relationship between learning and unconscious, supports the need for this perspective has references that can help hold the thickness of such a challenge. The first of these references is the prospect of the Organizing than the Organization; the second is to take as a reference to form the construct of professional competence in a phenomenological approach, however, and constructivist. In the final part of the contribution the competence is interpreted as "betweeness" and as "extended present" and it is proposed a model containing the prospects of wonder, care, listening, attention and negative capability.
