Is democracy a power technique or a concept of common living? Hypermodernity advances with its flows and places, History and stories, dangers and opportunities. In connection with these dimensions, the social fabric is materially reconsidering the notion of boundary and will soon have to do the same with the idea of community, which is today dissolved and evolved. This monographic issue of the journal will offer a "San Marino experience" from inside out and vice versa, which for many will be rather unusual. Six experts and researchers provide through their essays a new view of San Marino in the future, freely crossing the boundaries between skills and knowledge and between physical and mental spaces. Through commitment, study, research and dialogue with complexity and social parts, these pages are an invitation to look again at the sky with intelligence, passion and knowledge, while offering some proposals for a new wisdom in a new era.
