The present work intends to collect and to permit an argued reflection on the study of values inside the individual and organizational decision’s processes. Starting from an analysis of the traditionally literature on the decision making theories (normative and non normative) it arrives to show the effects and the strength that the values can have in taking decisions (when these decisions regard personal results or organizational and enterprising choices).
