The power which the consumer possesses is a highly debatable issue in the literature of consumption. In contemporize society there are various ways through which the new consumer can exercise power. It is no longer limited to purchase. The spread of the internet, in particular has given great impetuous to collaborative logic that seems to be one of the best ways of achieving empowerment.
