Eevaluative intervention, development of competences, counselors, efficacy - Organizational uses of notions of competence represent a fertile field for both intervention and research. These also provide an occasion to try to integrate one area with the other. The growing, and sometimes not very convincing, realization brings rise to the need to evaluate the experiences in order to obtain more satisfying results. A protocol of researchintervention was conceived and experimented: the evaluative intervention. The aim of this article is to present and at the same time discuss the framework of reflections and the experimented system.
