Labor Transformations and Race Experience in the South of the United State - The paper analyzes the race issue within the labor transformations in the South of the United State, focusing on the Research Triangle Park case in North Carolina. Developing analytical categories partially original in the Italian sociology of labor debate (whiteness, blackness, racial management, etc.), the author explores the Latino workers experiences, highlighting the articulation between the color line and the shape and organization of the labor market.
