This work introduces the Italian validation of Adult Attachment in the Workplace (AAW). The research carried out 211 workers of organizations of middle and high dimensions. The principal results point out a three factors structure that discriminates attachment styles: secure, preoccupied, and dismissing. The confirmatory factor analysis effected with the structural equation models. It points out a substantial improvement of the original model that doesn’t allow to discriminate the two dimensions of insecure attachment.
