The paper analyses the prospects of training courses development in the light of the guidelines adopted by the Standing Conference for the relationship between State, regions and autonomous provinces. That document provided for in art. 1, paragraph 34, of l. n. 92/2012, represents the synthesis of the institutional reflection on the school and Regions will have to comply with it in regulating the Institute. His critical examination indicates the absence of a single training model. It also underlines the abundance of spaces for its use as a function of interests also different from those of trainees and due to host parties. The last part of the analysis deals with the issue of possible contents of the regional legislation, andthat in order to force regions to assume clear settings and rules capable of orienting the application behaviors.
