This paper is about an experience of staff training of the Penitentiary Police working in the juvenile care sector. The courses involved 90% of the staff amied at providing all the roles of the Penitentiary Police with new skills in management of adolescents and young adults and to re-actualize operating practices and standards. The methodology of learning from experience, passing through teachers who work with adolescents, commissioners who work in institutions for many years in various roles and tutor. That in the conduction of the groups using the experience of the participants in the learning all aspects, which is the real trump card of the course.
