The shape of the ideas: from the dream to the project. The creative and design path of a group of designer students. Since Freud to Luigi Pagliarani who has theorized the "third anguish" (the "beauty anguish") the psychoanalysis first and the psycosocioanalisis later have studied the interconnections between psychoanalysis and art. The dimension of project making is central in the psychosocioanalisis’s research. For this two reason it is particularly interesting the analysis of the creative and experiential process which has lead a group of young student in design (Politecnico of Milan) to project and realize an innovative office having the capability to integrate the solitary work with the group work moment, the individuality with the sociality/the conviviality, "to do with to love". It is described the process from the "ideas word" to the realization of the project, with all the emotions experienced, with particular attention on the richness but also suffering of working in group in which the participants are so different for culture and language
