The contribution proposes an analysis of labor market transitions and job search strategies for 18-29 years-old in the period 2014-2016. To this purposes, we used panel data from the Plus sample survey by Inapp. The first part aims at studying the labour market transitions considering the differences in the employment condition, with particular regard to atypical contractual arrangement. The second part focuses on the job search channels, considering the ones used and the ones which gave employment and its quality.
