In particular, the Author fully illus-trates the interpretations made so far by scholars, the Italian Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court, and also carries out some reflections of comparative law, urging a revision of the most widespread convictions about the survival of these particular and exceptional exclusive jurisdictions.
