Intersections. Organization Development, Gestalt, PSOA. Through Kurt Lewin, Gestalt psychology stands at the origins of Organization Development. In the Seventies, a Gestalt approach to organizational consulting was born by applying Gestalt psychotherapy methods and approaches to organizational settings. Is it possible to spark a dialogue between clinical O.D., shaped by psycho-socialanalysis, and Gestalt O.D.? The idea here is to open a conver-sation about possible generative pollution among psycho-socialanalysis and Gestalt, for the benefit of O.D. creativity and effectiveness. Field theory, in particular, is a place for theoretical and practical exchange. It is not about making a synthesis or systematization. It is rather about starting an exploration.
