Esiste un archetipo della giustizia? E se esiste quale immagine ne danno le mitologie delle diverse culture? Come un tale archetipo ha contribuito alla formazione delle visioni religiose e filosofiche alla base dei diritti umani? La teoria dei tipi psicologici di C.G. Jung può far luce sulla tensione esistente tra legge e giustizia? La giustizia ha un potere curativo? L’autrice propone elementi di risposta alle domande poste per dimostrare l’importanza di abbinare l’azione legale a un approccio psicoterapeutico junghiano nel trattamento delle vittime di violazioni dei diritti umani.L’articolo presenta la progressiva convergenza tra il diritto relativo ai diritti umani e la psicologia, così come le similitudini tra il lavoro di chi opera nel campo dei diritti umani e nella pratica analitica.;
