L’articolo apre la sezione monografica dedicata al rapporto tra religione/i e organizzazioni. Dopo essersi soffermati sui motivi della scarsa attenzione tradizionalmente dedicata a questo nesso, gli autori descrivono come questo tema stia ora riemergendo quasi involontariamente, attraverso un’agenda di ricerca che si è via via arricchita di contributi provenienti da ambiti diversi. Quindi esaminano i principali risultati dei suoi sviluppi nell’ambito degli studi organizzativi ed evidenziano le prospettive più promettenti per ulteriori studi. Infine, indicano alcuni punti che riaffermano la centralità dei temi affrontati nello scenario contemporaneo.;
