L’alienazione genitoriale è una dinamica familiare disfunzionale caratterizzata da un rifiuto ingiustificato di un figlio nei confronti di un genitore nell’ambito di una separazione coniugale altamente conflittuale. Ricercatori e clinici hanno sviluppato modelli e programmi di intervento specificamente rivolti a nuclei familiari alienati. È stata condotta una rassegna sistematica della letteratura, seguendo le linee guida PRISMA, al fine di raccogliere e sintetizzare i principali modelli e programmi di intervento da applicare nei casi di alienazione genitoriale. Sono state incluse ventiquattro pubblicazioni classificate sulla base della tipologia di intervento proposta e/o valutata: cambiamento di affidamento e programmi di riunificazione, psicoterapia e consulenza psicologica.;

Keywords:Alienazione genitoriale, conflitto di lealtà, rifiuto, intervento psicologico, psicoterapia.
