This article investigates the networking relations among social actors in five Italian partnership projects. It offers an empirical social network analysis trough brokerage measures, centrality and density index. It begins by showing that there are many levels to analyse a partnership project. Subsequently, the collected data have two distinctive features and aims; firstly, graph theory and social network analysis describes the team-working relations; secondly, empirical results suggest an action-research proposal.
