La Dating Aggression (DA) è un fenomeno in crescita nel panorama nazionale. Il presente studio mira a: a) indagare la presenza di differenze di genere rispetto alla giustificazione della violenza all’interno della coppia e all’agire comportamenti di DA, e b) verificare la presenza di un legame tra stile educativo autoritario, atteggiamento di giustificazione della violenza e comportamenti di DA. I partecipanti sono 436 adolescenti (16-18 anni) che hanno compilato questionari self-report. I risultati mostrano livelli più elevati di giustificazione della violenza maschile nei maschi e un maggior ricorso alla messa in atto di comportamenti di abuso verbale-emotivo e fisico nelle femmine adolescenti. Lo stile autoritario risulta giocare il ruolo di fattore di rischio rispetto alla messa in atto di DA. I risultati presentati possono essere utili per progettare interventi specifici.
